This week we have been learning about how to write a limerick! A Limerick is a 5 lined poem where the 1st 2nd and 5th last word in the line have to rhyme and the third and fourth have to too! The poem is meant to have a rhythm to it. Here is my limerick.
There once was a stripy orange cat
Who loved to chase his friend rat
As the rat ran in fear
The cat ran without a care
Never seen again under the mat.
Hi Madison, It's me Chavonne from T2 your in my class but hiii. I really like this and I bet That is a cute cat. Maybe you should of added some pictures or decorations, but over all It is amazing.
